We care about happiness. And while we wish we knew the answer to achieving the pure, blissful, everlasting type,  we do know one thing - universally, having these three things are key to being happy:

Through yoga and Pilates, we help you to strengthen and tone your body while increasing flexibility, improving your posture and your overall health.

A clear mind
We use a combination of modern and ancient techniques to offer breath work and meditation practices, regulating your nervous system and allowing your mind to start becoming clearer and calmer. 

Presence
Remember how fun it was to be a kid? That was because you were present. Just being. It was like that before all the noise and it is still possible to find it again.  Every practice has a focus on presence, so that you can start to feel more connected and live life fully. 

 

You're not broken. You're just disconnected 

Maybe you've felt this - the dull ache of going through the motions, every day feeling the same. The tension that never quite leaves your body. The quiet craving for something real. Being is for those ready to reconnect through movement, breath and presence. 

 

Why would being present change anything, anyway?

 

Because presence does change everything! When you're present, you make better decisions. You hear your intuition. You actually taste your coffee. You move through chaos with calm. You stop reacting and start responding. 

 

Most of us are running on autopilot - scrolling, numbing, rushing, people-pleasing. But the truth is, you can't change your life if you're not even in it. 

 

Being present doesn't mean being perfectly still or zen. It means being here. In your body, in this moment. 

 

That's what Being is about: Presence is power. Presence is Being.

Meet YOUR teacher

Hi, I'm Jess :) 

 

Trained as a Yoga Teacher in Bali (200 hrs) and as a Pilates Teacher in London, I was driven by purpose and passion to create Being. 


It was born from a personal interest in the subject of happiness - I've spent years researching it; through books, podcasts, teachers, ancient yogic wisdom, and trips around the world. I still don't believe in a "quick fix", but there is something deeper that works universally: 

 

presence. 
 

Life is way too short - we're not here to just survive it, we're here to feel it, to be connected to it, to really live and celebrate it! 

 

I will guide you through physical practices and help you to implement them into your life. Whether it's a 1:1 session, group event or a fully bespoke personal plan, my goal is to help you look and feel better physically, mentally and spiritually.
